Cygnet Hotels & Resorts signs 114-key resort near Kainchi Dham in Nainital with Suri Developers
Our read
Cygnet's 114-key Kainchi Dham deal is probably the first of several Suri-backed Uttarakhand signings, but it is a modest, execution-dependent addition rather than a step change.
For operators
Cygnet's 114-key signing near Kainchi Dham, with family cottages, banquets, a restaurant, gym and pool, puts a leisure-and-group product in a pilgrimage-led Nainital market, so nearby Kumaon operators should expect more competition for family and event bookings once it opens.
