Indian fintech unicorn Moneyview cut its SEBI-approved IPO fresh issue by half to ₹750 Cr and reduced the OFS. Proceeds will support DLG-backed loan growth and capitalise NBFC arm Whizdm Finance; the issue opening timeline was not disclosed.
